For this transformative renovation, we deconstructed an upper floor of a heritage home in a beautiful Oak Bay neighbourhood. We turned 3 bedrooms into one large master ensuite with a walk-in closet and laundry room using modern and luxurious finishes, while paying homage to the spectacular character of this classic Victorian home.

For this project, we teamed up with our travel-loving clients to create an elaborate design inspired by their time in Morocco. We renovated the master bedroom + bath in addition to a duo walk-in closet. We also upgraded the guest bedroom + main bathroom. With special tiles, mirrors and fixtures from all over the world, this seemingly simple project took extensive thought, planning and execution to bring to life.

Although this is one of our smaller renovations, La Quinta is a lovely master bathroom upgrade that was completed for one of our even lovelier clients. Renovating a space in the beautiful Claremont area, we turned this "80's Fab" large master bath into a classic but modern space for our clients to enjoy for many more years to come. Free standing tub, spa inspired shower and exceptional storage!

Nestled on a private lake in the beautiful highlands area, we completely transformed this home from a "blast from the past" into a modern, spa-inspired retreat complete with hot tub, sauna and an indoor steam room! We loved spending time working in the calming nature and designing their home to fit the surroundings while bringing their love for Mexico alive through art and decoration.

This renovation is a perfect example of the importance of pre-planning and taking exploratory measures. This started as a "lip-stick" renovation, but as we starting exploring the crawls space during our "discovery" phase, we noticed the entire foundation was made from wood that had rotted out. When we pulled the permit record, we discovered that the last permit was pulled in 1915! Luckily our clients were prepared to bring this home back to life and we went to work. Underpinning the whole house and tearing down previous additions to build new. We then deconstructed the entire interior and completely replaced all of the flooring, finishes, cabinets and fixtures. Our clients wanted 2 things: "Colourful" and "Ornate" so that's what we gave them!
